Privacy Policy

Lux Travel Creator (“LTC”, “we”, “us”) operates luxtravelcreator.com, the site of luxury travel creator Jeff Spiegel. Questions about this policy go to hello@luxtravelcreator.com.

We collect information only when you give it to us:

• Email address, when you unlock a playbook, join the newsletter, or submit the contact form.
• Inquiry details, when you use the contact form: your name, email, message, and (for property inquiries) the property name and a budget range you choose to share.
• Scheduling details, if you book a call: booking happens on Calendly, which shares your name, email, and answers to the booking questions with us.

We do not run advertising trackers, sell data, or collect payment information on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) for security and reliability.

• To deliver the playbook or resource you asked for.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately.
• To reply to your inquiry and manage the conversation.
• To keep the site secure and functioning.

We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t send emails you didn’t ask for.

Data you submit is stored with our service providers, each acting as a processor on our behalf:

• Supabase — our database, where emails and inquiries are stored.
• Vercel — our hosting platform, which serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
• Calendly — call scheduling, governed additionally by Calendly’s own privacy policy when you book.
• Email service providers — used to deliver the newsletter and the resources you request.

These providers may store data in the United States or other jurisdictions. We limit each provider’s access to what its function requires.

The site currently sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single preference value is stored in your browser to remember your light/dark theme choice; it identifies nothing about you and never leaves your device. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, this policy will be updated first.

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of jurisdiction: email hello@luxtravelcreator.com and we’ll act on it within 30 days.

Unsubscribing from email requires no request at all: use the link in any message.

Subscriber records are kept while your subscription is active and removed on verified deletion requests. Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to manage the business relationship. Server logs rotate on our hosting provider’s standard schedule.

The site is a business site directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
