These terms govern your use of luxtravelcreator.com, operated by Lux Travel Creator (“LTC”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the site.

Campaign engagements, licensing deals, and any paid work are governed by separate written agreements, not by these terms.

Everything on this site — photography, video, playbooks, copy, and design — is owned by LTC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. Third-party brand names appear only to describe real work performed; they remain the property of their owners and imply no endorsement of this site.

You may view and share links to the site freely. You may not republish, scrape, resell, or use the content to train commercial datasets without written permission.

Playbooks in The Vault are free for your personal and business use: read them, use the templates, close your own deals with them. They are licensed to you, not sold. You may not redistribute them, offer them as your own lead magnets, or resell them in any form.

Unlocking the Vault subscribes you to the newsletter; you can unsubscribe at any time and keep what you’ve downloaded.

Content on this site, including playbooks and pricing discussions, is educational and reflects real experience. It isn’t legal, financial, or tax advice, and results described are not promises of your results.

Don’t misuse the site. In particular, don’t:

• Submit false inquiries or impersonate anyone.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or overload the site or its infrastructure.
• Use forms to send spam or unlawful content.

We may block access, refuse inquiries, or remove submissions that violate these terms.

The site links to third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling and Instagram for social content. Their terms and privacy policies apply on their platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which is zero.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LTC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
